تحالف «مدينة لام فارما – موارد الطاقه للاستثمار الدوائي» يوقع اتفاقية شراكة مع شركة أدوية عالمية لإنتاج مجموعة من الأدوية الحيوية بالسوق العراقية
وقعت مدينة لام فارما للصناعات الدوائية والمستلزمات الطبية العراقية، وشركة «Energy resources investment»، موارد الطاقه للاستثمار الدوائي، اتفاقية شراكة مع شركة بريطانية رائدة في صناعة الأدوية الحيوية، تمتلك منشآت صناعية في العديد من البلدان حول العالم.
وبموجب اتفاقية الشراكة ستقيم شركة الأدوية البريطانية خطين لإنتاج الأدوية الحيوية الأساسية ذات الإحتياج الكبير لوزارة الصحة العراقية والقطاع الصحي الخاص العراقي.
وبدأت شركة الأدوية البريطانية بالتعاون مع شركة «لام فارما»، في التنفيذ الفعلي للغرف النظيفة «Clean Room»، وتوريد وتركيب خطوط الإنتاج، ومن المتوقع الإنتهاء الفعلي من عملية التجهيز وبدء التصنيع في القريب العاجل.
مدينه لام فارما
بدأن شركة لام فارما للصناعات الدوائية، «Lam Pharma»، بدعم من الحكومة العراقية ووزراة الصحة العراقية وكافة الجهات المعنية، في إنشاء مشروع مدينه لام فارما، على مساحة 76 ألف متر مربع، بترخيص وإجازة لتصنيع كافة أنواع الأدوية وكافة والمستلزمات الطبية، وذلك وفقا لمواصفات «CG.M.P/ USFDA /W.H.O»، والحاصلة على إجازة الصناعات الدوائية من وزارة الصحة.
حيث تمت المصادقة من الناحية المعمارية والإنشائية على مخططات الخطوط الإنتاجية وقد نفذت فعليا على أرض الواقع وتتمثل في، الأدوية السرطانية «أقراص – فيال»، البدائل الحيوية «BIOSIMILARS» بالإضافة الى بلازما الدم.
وفي الجزء الأخر من المدينة تم المصادقة أيضا من الناحية المعمارية والإنشائية على مجموعة ثانية من المصانع ونفذت أيضا بالكامل وتتمثل في، الكبسول، الأشربة، الفيال، المراهم، و«Semi-solid» .
كما تضم مدينة لام فارما، منطقة مخصصة لصناعة المستلزمات الطبية، حيث تم الإنتهاء من المرحلة الإنشائية لعدد 6 مباني جاهزة للعمل.
تسهيلات للمستثمرين
وتوفر مدينة لام فارما، العديد من التسهيلات لدعم توطين الصناعة الوطنية من قبل الحكومة العراقية، منها تسهيلات جمركية، وأخرى ضريبية، بالإضافة الى دعم الأسعار باعتبارها إنتاج وطني، الى جانب شراء وزارة الصحة العراقية كامل الإنتاج وباسلوب تعاقدي لمدة ثلاث سنوات كاملة لكل عقد ويناقش دورياً كل عام، فضلا عن تسريع إجراءات التسجيل بموجب اتفاق مع وزارة الصحة والحكومة العراقية.
تحقيق الأمن الدوائي في العراق
يأتي ذلك في إطار قرار مجلس إدارة مجموعة لام فارما، بالتعاون مع المصانع العالمية الأوروبية والعربية والأسيوية والأمريكية، في إنتاج الأدوية والمستلزمات الطبية التي تغطي أسواق العراق ومنطقة الشرط الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا، من خلال نقل التكنولوجيا المتطورة للصناعات الدوائية الى العراق، للمساهمة في تحقيق الأمن الدوائي في العراق.

Lam Pharma City
Lam Pharma Pharmaceutical Industries, with the support of the Iraqi government, the Iraqi Ministry of Health and all concerned parties, has started the construction of the Lam Pharma City project, on an area of 76,000 square meters, with a license to manufacture all types of medicines and all medical supplies, according to the specifications of «CG. M.P/ USFDA /W.H.O.», which holds a license for pharmaceutical industries from the Ministry of Health.
Where the plans of the production lines have been approved architecturally and structurally and have already been implemented on the ground, which are, cancer drugs «tablets – vial», biosimilars biosimilars in addition to blood plasma.
In the other part of the city, a second group of factories was also architecturally and structurally approved and fully implemented, namely capsules, beverages, vials, ointments, and semi-solid.
Lam Pharma City also includes an area dedicated to the manufacture of medical supplies, where the construction phase of 6 buildings ready for work has been completed.
Facilities for investors
The city of Lam Pharma provides many facilities to support the localization of the national industry by the Iraqi government, including customs and tax facilities, in addition to subsidizing prices as a national production, in addition to the purchase of the Iraqi Ministry of Health in full production and in a contractual manner for a period of three full years for each contract and discussed periodically every year, as well as speeding up registration procedures under an agreement with the Ministry of Health and the Iraqi government.
Achieving Pharmaceutical Security in Iraq
This comes within the framework of the decision of the Board of Directors of Lam Pharma Group, in cooperation with the European, Arab, Asian and American international factories, in the production of medicines and medical supplies covering the markets of Iraq and the Middle East and North Africa region, through the transfer of advanced technology for pharmaceutical industries to Iraq, to contribute to achieving pharmaceutical security in Iraq.
